Rules, Restrictions, and Disclaimers
Participation in this Festival is entirely voluntary. Guests know that participation in festival activities involves the consumption of alcoholic beverages and this may affect their perceptions and reactions. Guests shall accept responsibility for their conduct, behavior and actions and absolve the organizers including all homebrew clubs in attendance of any and all responsibility for their conduct, behavior and actions. Participation includes any guests that may be present at organization activities, wherever they may be held.
A parent or guardian MUST supervise children; they are NOT to be left unattended. The organizers of this event will not be providing any form of childcare. Parents are solely responsible for their children and their actions, and it is the parents responsibility to assure that children follow the rules of the campsite and all laws of the State of Texas.
Pets may be allowed in the festival area as long as they are well behaved and on a leash, or otherwise confined. Pet owners are expected to be responsible for (and clean up after) their pets at all times.
Wristbands will be used to identify who has paid and who is of legal drinking age. Wristbands are to be worn at all times during the event. No Exceptions.
Campsite Specific Rules
1) Waiver of Liability must be signed before any ranch activity. All minors must have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian.
2) Fires are permitted in camp ground fire rings only.
3) Canoeing/fishing are permitted at your own risk in designated ponds.
4) Unruly or violent behavior will not be permitted.
5) Watch for loose livestock. Close all gates.
6) No smoking in the barn, woods, or open fields. Smoking is permitted next to the shower house, and around the ponds where water is readily available.
7) No Hunting
8) Bag all trash and place in designated receptacles.
